Mentorship

I worked with several interns, overseeing the process from initial interviews to selecting candidates with backgrounds in both graphic design and media design. I managed project workflows by assigning tasks, providing feedback, and offering guidance throughout their projects. This was definitely one of the most rewarding experiences I’ve had, as I truly enjoy working with fresh perspectives and creative minds.
